A native of Boulder County, Phil lives in Superior with his spouse Kimie. Their family includes adult son Jay and an enthusiastic dog named Teddy. Outside of work, you can find Phil hiking along the Mesa Trail or taking in the view from Davidson Mesa on his bike.
