Baird has a long tradition of giving back to the communities in which our associates live and work. Baird Foundation teams with The Smith Norris Group to support the charitable organizations we care about. 

Baird Gives Back Week

Baird associates team up during Baird Gives Back Week, an event held annually in the spring, to help with projects such as preparing and serving food, tutoring students, working with seniors, building homes, and cleaning up parks. BizTimes Milwaukee profiled Baird Gives Back Week in its 2014 “Giving Guide” (page 9). The Boulder branch actively participates every year, volunteering in local efforts such as sorting and delivering food at Community Food Share, restoring Boulder County Parks and Open Space, and chipping in at Boulder Community Clean Up Day.
